Its multi-active serum contains witch hazel, with astringent power, and mallow, with softening power. A perfect combo to eliminate toxins and tighten the pores of the skin while enveloping it in a veil of softness. Your skin is finally breathing, too. Made in France, Carbone Glacé is a natural black patch made of vegetable cellulose fiber. A material with a second skin effect that you will love.

How to apply Carbone Glacé?
Once or twice a week, or whenever you have a gray complexion:

Remove makeup and clean your face.
Use the tweezers provided, gently lift two Glazed Carbon Eye Patches from their pot, then place them under both eyes and finally leave to act.
Close your eyes. Enjoy the thrill of these refreshing Eye Patches.
Duration of application: 10 minutes is enough to see the effects of Carbone Glacé thanks to its particularly intense serum concentration. Perfect when you don’t have time in the morning or before heading out.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery

If you order more than €55 worth of beauty products, you will receive FREE delivery, with your items being sent to the parcel terminal of your choice.

If you place your order before 13:00 from Monday-Friday, we will deliver your parcel to the post office within 48 hours. The 48-hour limit applies from the first business day after the order is submitted if the order was placed after 13:00 on a Friday or on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

PARCEL TERMINALS

In general, your products are delivered to the parcel terminal of your choice within 48 hours of you receiving your order confirmation by e-mail. PrimeShop is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the transportation of goods. As a precaution, we recommend that you use an indoor parcel terminal during the colder seasons so as to prevent damage to your beauty products caused by cold weather. Once your order has arrived at the parcel terminal, you will receive an SMS containing the code to open the locker.

COURIER

Your parcel can also be delivered direct to your desired location. After you receive your order confirmation e-mail, the courier will deliver the parcel to the address specified on your order within 48 hours. If you choose courier delivery, the courier will contact you in advance and schedule a time for delivery.

Only the buyer whose identity is specified on the order can sign for the parcel, presenting ID when doing so. Packages may only be transferred to a third party with the prior consent of the purchaser of the products.

NOTE: The barcode on the package is the basis for the 14-day return policy. Please retain this number for two weeks in case you need it for some reason during this period. In the event that the customer does not provide the courier with the correct phone number and the courier is unable to contact the customer, the goods will be returned to the post office and the customer will be informed via e-mail about how to collect them later.

Should the customer fail to pick up the goods within the period specified in the delivery method of their choice, they will be liable to cover the cost of returning the goods to the online store.
