We want your experience with primeshop.ee to be seamless and transparent.

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How to make a return

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@primeshop.ee including:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return

Return conditions

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original sealed packaging

  • Returns can be made via postal service or in person at our studio:
    Tuukri 1b, 10151 Tallinn

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return costs

Timeframes & refunds

  • Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal request, or proof of handover to the carrier must be provided within this period

  • Once we receive the returned items, all payments made under the contract will be refunded without delay, and no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice

Important notice

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
