Validity of Sales Agreement and commercial and price information

Prices are displayed alongside each product in the online store. Delivery fees are added to the price. Delivery fees are determined by the location of the buyer and the delivery method. Delivery charges are displayed to the buyer upon placing their order.

The online store provides detailed descriptions of the products directly next to them.

A Sales and Purchase Agreement is considered to have been entered into once the Buyer submits an order and the Seller confirms its receipt. Order confirmation is sent by e-mail.

Placing an order

To place an order, first add the desired products to your shopping cart. Fill in the required fields and select your preferred delivery method before submitting your order. After that, the total amount due and options for paying via bank transfer or other methods is displayed. Upon receipt of the amount due in the online store’s current account, the contract enters into force. If the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to lack of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of the notification being received.

Delivery

Shipping is available to the following countries: Estonia.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are displayed along with the shipping methods. Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-7 business days of the Sales Agreement entering into force.

The business reserves the right to deliver goods within 45 calendar days in exceptional circumstances.

Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal from the contract is allowed within 14 days of receiving the order via the online store. Cosmetics and perfumes in open packaging are not returnable. Products whose use (or non-use) cannot be verified are also not returnable. For example, with make-up products that have a relatively short shelf-life, it depends directly on the time of opening the packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. To be eligible for the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered may not have been used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as products may be tested in a physical store. If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the online shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee in accordance with the reduction in value of the goods. To return an item, you need to email us at info@primeshop.ee within 14 days of receiving the item. When returning products, the buyer bears the cost unless the reason for the return is that the product did not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. it was incorrect or defective). The buyer must either return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that they handed them over to a carrier within that time. As soon as the online store receives the returned goods, all payments received from the purchaser under the contract will be refunded to them immediately, but no later than within 14 days of the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice. The online store may refuse to refund the buyer until the goods that are the subject of the contract have been received or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. In cases where the buyer explicitly selects a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery option offered by the online store, the online store is not required to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method. The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and request the return of the goods from the buyer in the event of an error in the pricing of goods in the online store that places them significantly below the market price.

Direct marketing and the processing of personal data

The online store uses the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address and bank details) for the sole purpose of processing orders and delivering them to the buyer.

The online store transfers personal data to transport companies in order to deliver goods.

By e-mailing us at info@primeshop.ee or following the instructions in any e-mail containing offers, the buyer can unsubscribe from receiving offers and newsletters at any time.

Right of appeal

The online store is liable for defects and non-conformities in goods that already existed at the time of their delivery and which become apparent within a period of up to two years after their delivery. In the first six months after the goods are delivered to the purchaser, a defect is presumed to have already existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the online store to prove otherwise. A defect may be reported by e-mailing info@primeshop.ee. The online store is not liable for defects that develop after the buyer receives the goods. In the event that goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. In the event that the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will reimburse to the buyer all of the fees related to the sales contract. The online store will respond to a consumer’s complaint within 15 days, either in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing.

Resolving disputes

Please e-mail any complaints to info@primeshop.ee.  If the buyer and the online store are unable to resolve a dispute by way of agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The application form and terms for doing so can be found here. The Consumer Disputes Committee deals with disputes arising from contracts entered into between buyers and the online store. An examination of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge. Dispute resolution is also available via the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Union.
