Return Policy

The law in the Republic of Estonia grants you the right to return items purchased from PrimeShop.ee within 14 days of receiving them.

RETURNS:

• In order to return a product, an application must be e-mailed to info@primeshop.ee, stating the buyer’s details, the order number and the products to be returned.

• Returned products must be in sealed packaging, unused and undamaged.

• We accept returns via postal services or in person at our studio at Tuukri 1b, 10151 Tallinn.

• The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that they do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. they are incorrect or defective).

• The buyer must either return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that they handed them over to a carrier within that time.

• As soon as the online store receives the returned goods, all payments received from the purchaser under the contract will be refunded to them immediately, but no later than within 14 days of the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice.

• Withdrawal rights do not apply to legal entities.
